Appraisal no.1 is due on the 20th April.. and i passed with Level 3. Praise God =)

Level 1: Not yet competent
The intern attempts the activeity and requires considerable help and supervision
Level 2: Borderline
The intern achieves the activity with help and supervision
Level 3: Competent
The intern could consistently perform the activity to the required standard if they were working unsupervised
Level 4: Competent with merit
The intern consistently acheives the activity without help and displays the level of competence beyond that expected of an intern
